Refund Policy
Ask in your first 14 days and you get your money back. Effective October 13, 2026.
The rule
If a course is not right for you, ask for a refund in the first 14 days after you buy it and you get your money back. No forms, and no need to explain, though we are always glad to hear why.
There are no conditions. It does not matter how many lessons you have watched or how much homework you have handed in.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your Jumpstart account and tell us which course. A person handles every refund by hand.
A refund ends access
When we refund a course, it leaves your account: its lessons, its homework and its community channel close. Your account stays open, and your work stays saved, in case you ever come back.
Monthly plans
If you are on a monthly plan and ask in the first 14 days after your first payment, we refund everything you have paid in full and the plan stops. No more payments are taken.
After 14 days you can still cancel a plan at any time so that no further payments are taken. See the Terms of Service for what happens to access then.
After 14 days
After the first 14 days we do not usually give refunds. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway. We will look at it honestly, and the law in some places gives you rights that this policy does not take away.
Where the money goes back
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, so refunds go back through Polar to the card or account you paid with.
Polar may also refund a payment on its own to stop a dispute. If that happens, access to the course ends in the same way.
Please talk to us before your bank
If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), access to the course pauses while it is looked into. Please write to us first. We would much rather sort it out with you.
